My name is Dwayne and I am 55 years old. I have one daughter that is grown and lives on her own in another state so I am basically alone. My family does live here in Jacksonville. I have one sister and 2 brothers and my mother along with a few aunts, uncles, cousins and many other members all here in the Florida, Georgia, South Carolina area.
I am 55 years old, 6ft tall, about 225 pounds brown hair and eyes. I am in the process of being on a diet to get to 200 pounds about where I feel comfortable. I am not a rich man by any means but I do all right, I have a job, a house, a car and truck, I have 2 dogs one inside and one outside in the fenced in yard so yes I love animals.
I was born and raised here in Jacksonville but moves to St. Louis, Missouri when I was 22 and I lived there for 21 years and moved back to Florida for family reasons .I was married there in St. Louis and had a daughter Michelle and I was divorced later, I have been divorced since 1986, yes a long time.
What I am really looking for is to fall in love. I want one of those fairy tales loves that I am hopelessly in love, like after I get off work I cant wait to get home to see my wife. Someone that I can call sometimes during the day for no other reason than to say I love you. I am a little old fashioned in my way of thinking like a lady should be treated like a lady, open car doors for her, pull out her chair, bring home flowers sometimes not because I did something wrong but because I am so happy to be in love. I have never in my life cheated on my wife or a girlfriend that is just not my way. I have been cheated on in my life twice, once by my wife and again maybe 10 years later I was engaged, a woman and her 2 kids were living with me and I thought we were happy but I found out she was dating her ex husband. What all this means is I know exactly how much this hurt and I would never under any circumstances cause someone else the pain I felt. I am not a drunk, I do like to have a few drinks at times when I go out like maybe to a club or bar to dance (not claiming to a dancer but willing to try). I am not into drugs, or anything else like that. I do like to watch some sports sometimes like football, car racing.
What all this is leading up to really is that I am just an average man, Not ugly, not handsome, not rich, not poor, not fat, not skinny, just a normal man that is looking to fall in love the way God meant it to be. No Cheating, No Lying, No Stealing, I Just want to spend the rest of my life doing everything in my power to make our lives as happy as humanly possible. That might be a little silly or wishful thinking but THAT IS WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR.
I am a very caring person and my idea of a happy relationship has many things. When I walk with my lady I still like to hold hands maybe sneak a kiss every now and then, I like to watch TV and if I was in a relationship I don?t want to sit on one side of the room and her on the other, I would like her to sit with me maybe hold hands, maybe my arm around you, maybe say to hell with the TV and fool around a little. What I am trying to say is that I want to be a couple, made for each other, someone that I would never think of cheating on me and you never dream of me cheating. Just think about it, if we were both happy in our lives then there would be reason to ever suspect their mate of that.
